  I agree with the good service and people are polite but I went here a few days with my family and we had to wait exactly 1-2 hours to get our food and the manager didn't care about anyone there. What I mean by that is the manager is lazy and doesn't do anything for the customers.

  We placed a take out order for 2 cheeseburgers, we were told that it would be 20 minutes. When we arrived about 30 minutes later it wasn't ready. My husband was told that they had messed up and after another 15 minutes waiting when he asked for his money back miraculously they showed up saying that the food was ready. Then they actually kicked us out and told us to never come back! Some woman escorted my husband out told him that she didn't want the people inside to be distributed. These people actually showed up and parked and we're inside eating while we were waiting at their opening time. We are not welcome back and I guess she thought that would bother us but not a chance of that since they were going to charge us 31.46 for 2 cheeseburgers!!!!

  Tonight was all you can eat Boiled Crawfish. The hostess tonight was very friendly however that is where the hospitality ended. The young man who was our waiter seemed to be incompetent or management had somehow failed him. We had to make numerous trips find other employees to get refills on our drinks while only half our table was served with the waiter nowhere to be found for 10+ minutes. The quality of the food was not worth it even if we received quality service. When the manager came to inform us they mysteriously ran out of crawfish on our first round she lied to our faces, stating she just found out and it was the new staffs fault resulting from the 2016 flood... The table next to us was informed immediately that they would only be served one round. When the table made the manager aware of this she gave the same story while having the employee report to the back to be reprimanded.
  
  Management knowingly underprepared for tonight in order to hand out "discounts". It's really a smart way to attempt to save money from a Management point of view. However, such service at this establishment is too common for my friends and I to return as paying customers.
  
  Red's down the road will always be the local establishment we spend our money at, where they appreciate our business and don't rip off their customers.
